Lead Carpenter

Assist with 1-4 remodeling projects simultaneously. Main responsibilities on-site include client interaction, carpentry, punch list, jobsite mobilization, demobilization, demolition, and housekeeping. Secondary responsibilities in the areas of project management may include purchase orders and deliveries, project documentation, and subcontractor coordination.

  • Full Time – Hybrid (80% Field, 20% Office)
  • Compensation: $22 – $26/Hr
  • Flat Rate Monthly Stipend: $450
  • (Health Care: $300, Cell Phone $50, Tools and Equipment $100)

Selections Coordinator

Direct client interaction alongside sales representatives to assist with product selection (cabinets, countertops, tile, fixtures, etc.). Manage and update project documents relating to scope, schedule, and budget. Assist in permit submission and scheduling inspections. Warm personality with an interest in interior design preferred.

  • Part-Time – Remote Hybrid (50% Field, 50% Office)
  • Compensation: $16 – $20/Hr
  • Flat Rate Monthly Stipend: $350
  • *(Health Care: $300, Cell Phone $50)
