Because the homeowners wanted a true refresh, we planned a complete pull-and-replace, taking the bathroom down to the studs and rebuilding it with an updated layout. Before any demo began, our team mapped the new finishes and reconfigured closet in 3D renderings, so the homeowners could see exactly how the modern, welcoming space would come together.
The new shower pairs a bold, vertical tile surround with a durable acrylic pan and a Kohler Levity Plus frameless sliding glass door, creating a clean, contemporary focal point that's easy to keep looking sharp. Matte black Delta faucet handle and showerhead complete the shower.
The Altair Cascadia 48" freestanding vanity brings warm wood tones and an engineered stone countertop to the space, topped with an Elegant Lighting mirror and a modern LED vanity light for a bright, polished finish.
Clean, contemporary tile runs throughout the bathroom and stands up to daily use.
New recessed lighting and updated electrical brighten the entire bathroom.
