We collaborated closely with Jason’s architect to reimagine what was possible in this compact space. Every detail, from the plumbing reconfiguration to the heated flooring installation, was meticulously planned to create a bathroom that felt both spacious and luxurious.
The handmade cement tile from California wraps the perimeter with wainscot detailing, capped with lightly stained walnut trim, creating a warm, artisan feel that honors the home's historic character.
This combination delivers both the spa-like luxury Jason wanted and the accessibility features that make the bathroom functional for years to come.
Replaced the old boiler system with radiant floor heating that keeps the space warm and comfortable without taking up precious square footage.
Careful coordination allowed us to relocate all plumbing fixtures, requiring additional drywall work in the dining room below but resulting in optimal functionality.
Eliminating the space-hogging closet opened up the room and allowed for the luxurious features Jason envisioned.
Our team worked closely with Jason’s architect to ensure the space could accommodate his wishlist, including a freestanding tub and zero-entry shower. The end result was a beautifully modern bathroom with luxurious details, high functionality, and lasting quality.
