Northbuilt was a refreshing change from many of the other contractors that we spoke to regarding our bathroom remodel. Most approached the job as hired hands where I did all the design work, researched and procured all of the materials, and they simply showed up to do the install.

Instead, Northbuilt took the time to come in and listen to the things we wanted, the things we were perhaps less sure about and put together a solid design based on all of our feedback. Alex did a great job during that design phase to offer solutions that fit what we wanted, and options when we met challenges.

Once in the execution phase Michael took over the project management and really made us feel like he was truly invested in the outcome, not just the drive to get through it. He was engaged, responsive, and sympathetic to our requests along the way. When things came up he listened to our concerns and did everything he could to address them.

This is the type of service that puts Northbuilt above the rest when it comes to choosing who you wish to put your faith in. Lot's of folks can build out a bathroom if the foundation and materials are handed to them, but Northbuilt takes the extra effort to give you a full solution. My wife and I appreciated that above all else.

The final outcome was a bathroom we are excited to call our own and really enjoying the level of craftsmanship that went into making a place we will enjoy for many years to come.

Alex and his competent team were wonderful to work with on our fireplace remodel. From day one, our vision was top of mind for each worker who walked through the door, and details were thoroughly discussed and executed along the way. Although our project was relatively small, we received full-time attention with immediate responses to any need. I highly recommend using this crew!  They were ultra responsive, communicative, and just fun to work with. This was our second job with Northbuilt— they helped us with our laundry room. We are especially impressed with how tidy the crew leaves our place when they are done each day. Northbuilt Construction to the rescue!  This company, with their talented crew, took over a fireplace and wall remodel project that could not be completed by the original company I chose.   Alex, Michael and Roman, were excellent to work with.  They care about their work, their relationship with clients, and focus on delivering exceptional results.  The project was totally enjoyable once they took over the reins.  A shout-out to their framers (Jason & Justin) and tile crew (Eric and Eric Jr.). Use Northbuilt to demo and rebuild a master bathroom project due to a leaking shower pan. Project included significant demo, rebuilding the shower, installing new floor tiling with heat underneath and tiling around the tub to match the shower. They were really great at giving us options around decisions and assisting us on decisions that we weren't sure about. Entire project turned out great and would definitely use them again for future projects.
